Tricia Snyder has been working in healthcare for 33 years, spending the majority of her time in women’s health. She’s a registered nurse, certified in fetal monitoring, obstetrics, and lactation consulting.
Born and raised in Idaho Falls, Tricia did her undergraduate work at BYU-Provo, where she met her future husband. She then worked in labor & delivery at the University of Utah Hospital. After that, she moved to San Francisco, where she worked in the field of high-risk maternity cases, conducting research to advance the technology of fetal oxygenation and fetal monitoring.
Five years ago, upon pondering the question, “If you could live anywhere, where would it be?,” she decided to move back to eastern Idaho and has been enjoying her time here ever since.
She recently joined Seasons Medical and has been loving the family environment.
“Everyone is just like family,” she said. “I’ve finally found where I belong. I do lactation consulting in Seasons Pediatrics and I help as a nurse in the Seasons Women’s Center. I love the people I work with. They all make you feel important.”
In response to a question regarding her chosen career path, Tricia said, “I love helping women. I’m very much an advocate for women’s health.”
She loves that Seasons offers such an extensive range of services for healthcare. “This is the perfect situation, because I get to do lactation but I also get to help with women’s health,” she said.
We’re so lucky to have such an amazing staff at Seasons Medical, and Tricia Snyder is a wonderful new addition to the team.
